Job Description:

Sales Expert position at Aloft Al Ain hotel, promoting brand awareness and using sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott. The role involves up-selling, office duties, client communication, and maintaining professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Recognize opportunities to up-sell the customer and sell enhancements
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
