Bull is looking for a Specialized Sales Representative / Sales Expert SAP/HANA to drive the commercial development of the BullSequana SH SAP/HANA infrastructure within the ECN division. This is a key role in the context of ECN’s market revival. You will identify and develop new opportunities with large enterprise clients (Fortune 500 and major private sector customers), translating complex technical solutions into high-value business proposals. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will contribute to the growth of the SAP/HANA portfolio and strengthen ECN’s market presence. This role combines commercial strategy and operational execution, with a global view of the SAP/HANA market. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, Bid Management, Delivery, and Partner teams to ensure effective commercial and contractual follow-up while contributing to portfolio development.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP/HANA Infrastructure solutions
Develop, implement, and monitor action plans aligned with the company’s commercial strategy
Collaborate with Sales and Presales teams to prepare and defend RFPs, participate in presentations, and lead complex financial negotiations
Track opportunities throughout the sales cycle and ensure contractual oversight of sold projects
Provide market feedback to contribute to portfolio strategy and product roadmaps
Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients and partners
Report sales activities through the company CRM
Manage SAP User Group relationships in target countries
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business, Management, or IT (Bachelor’s + significant experience considered)
Around 10 years of business development experience in the SAP ecosystem, ideally with infrastructure expertise
Direct SAP sales experience with large enterprise clients
Strong knowledge of SAP/Cloud technical and contractual environment
Mastery of RFP processes, presentations, and long sales cycles
Contractual and financial negotiation for complex deals
Solid understanding of Advanced Computing infrastructures (HPC, AI, Business Computing)
Fluent in French and English
German is a plus
Nice to have:
Familiarity with BullSequana ecosystem and technology partners
Experience in large-scale international IT transformation projects
Contribution to offer portfolio and roadmap development
Advanced CRM usage for pipeline management
Knowledge of data sovereignty aspects
Ability to close deals collaboratively with Presales teams
German language
