Sales Executives

• Manage your own sales territory and build strong relationships with independent dealers and key retail partners
• Visit stores, check inventory, support dealers, and help them grow sales
• Grow your customer base by finding new leads and spotting opportunities
• Handle basic sales paperwork e.g. invoices, orders, reports
• Bring ideas and strategies that help promote the Harris brand and ultimately help customers choose the right coatings solutions

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or similar field and 3+ years of experience in Sales or Retail
• Completed (or working toward) a paint certification or sales/marketing related qualification and 3+ years of experience in Sales or Retail
• Someone who understands retail or sales and enjoys working with people
• Friendly, confident communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Retail Point of Sale (POS) experience is a bonus
• A positive “let’s get it done” attitude and willingness to learn paint basics
• Someone who is organized, reliable, and self-driven
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and vehicle
