This role is responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with customers within the Northern region. The successful candidate will focus on expanding the customer base, managing existing accounts, and ensuring excellent service delivery to support long-term business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Promote and sell the company’s products and solutions to existing and potential customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the territory
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to their needs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
Handle customer feedback or complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
