Job Description:

Outpost24 is hiring a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Philadelphia, United States! This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence at our Philadelphia office 3 times per week. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging in direct sales and securing new business opportunities. You’ll be focused on winning new logos and building profitable relationships within the mid-sized organizational market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, review, and implement new business strategies to reach sales target by hunting new business
  • Manage your own sales activities to reach quarterly sales targets
  • Solution selling and sales planning
  • Keeping the CRM-system Salesforce always updated
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to maximize prospect revenue potential
  • Work with Sales Development Representative to develop opportunities in targeted industry’s or market segments
  • Planning customer activities regarding Account plans, Forecasting and Organizing
  • Managing customer activities with Regional Sales Director regarding Negotiation, Pricing, Coordinating and Counselling
  • Controlling customer activities for Measuring, Evaluating and Correcting

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience working with new business development (B2B experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in the security industry is a plus
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree
  • A real ‘hunter’ spirit (initiating new activity which involves consistent prospecting)
  • Entrepreneurial, networker, team player and social salesperson with excellent communication skills on phone, e-mail and in person
  • Experience closing complex sales and securing executive sponsorship with minimal management involvement highly desirable
  • Highly motivated, project-oriented self-starter with the ability to transform challenging business problems into tangible action plans
  • You can explain a complex message in a simple and understandable way
  • Fluent in English as this is the corporate language

Nice to have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the security industry is a plus
  • Experience closing complex sales and securing executive sponsorship with minimal management involvement highly desirable
