Outpost24 is hiring a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Philadelphia, United States! This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence at our Philadelphia office 3 times per week. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging in direct sales and securing new business opportunities. You’ll be focused on winning new logos and building profitable relationships within the mid-sized organizational market.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, review, and implement new business strategies to reach sales target by hunting new business
Manage your own sales activities to reach quarterly sales targets
Solution selling and sales planning
Keeping the CRM-system Salesforce always updated
Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to maximize prospect revenue potential
Work with Sales Development Representative to develop opportunities in targeted industry’s or market segments
Planning customer activities regarding Account plans, Forecasting and Organizing
Managing customer activities with Regional Sales Director regarding Negotiation, Pricing, Coordinating and Counselling
Controlling customer activities for Measuring, Evaluating and Correcting
Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience working with new business development (B2B experience)
1-2 years of experience in the security industry is a plus
Holds a bachelor’s degree
A real ‘hunter’ spirit (initiating new activity which involves consistent prospecting)
Entrepreneurial, networker, team player and social salesperson with excellent communication skills on phone, e-mail and in person
Experience closing complex sales and securing executive sponsorship with minimal management involvement highly desirable
Highly motivated, project-oriented self-starter with the ability to transform challenging business problems into tangible action plans
You can explain a complex message in a simple and understandable way
Fluent in English as this is the corporate language
Nice to have:
1-2 years of experience in the security industry is a plus
Experience closing complex sales and securing executive sponsorship with minimal management involvement highly desirable
