We are seeking dynamic candidates for Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive roles with a strong focus on MICE, Groups, and Corporate segments. These positions are designed for individuals who are motivated by performance, passionate about luxury hospitality, and eager to build strong business relationships while delivering measurable commercial results.
Job Responsibility:
developing business opportunities
generating qualified leads
converting business across assigned segments
maximizing total revenue contribution to the hotel
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in MICE or group segments
Strong knowledge of the Istanbul market and key feeder markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Nice to have:
