Job Responsibility:
Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and cold calling potential clients
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various networks and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers to drive business growth
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, ensuring long-term partnerships
Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate our software products, effectively communicating their value proposition to potential clients
Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns that support business objectives
Social Media Engagement: Plan and execute LinkedIn and other relevant social media campaigns to generate leads, build brand visibility, and engage with prospective clients
Digital Outreach: Create and manage professional content, posts, and outreach activities on social platforms to support sales and business development initiatives
Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics, leads generated, and campaign effectiveness to continuously optimize outreach strategies
Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals
Relationship Management: Effectively manage relationships within the established customer base to foster loyalty and repeat business
Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform and enhance sales strategies
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
Networking: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Diacto's products
Feedback & Insights: Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to help refine product offerings and sales strategies
Requirements:
MBA (Sales / Business Development / Marketing) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of proven sales experience in the software industry, with a focus on software products and services selling
Strong understanding of software tools, and technologies
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
Cold Calling, Lead generation and networking
Ability to work from the office Baner, Pune and travel across India as required
Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns, social selling, and professional networking platforms
Ability to create engaging content and drive conversations with potential clients through social media
Understanding of lead generation through digital and social channels
