Job Description:

Sales Executive position at Le Meridien Goa Calangute, responsible for handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, promoting brand image, and supporting Sales & Marketing operations while maintaining Marriott's service standards.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Enter Marriott Rewards information when taking guest reservations
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
