As a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing customer relationships while driving sales growth. You will connect with clients, present solutions, negotiate deals, and ensure strong after-sales support, all while contributing to the company’s long-term success in the region.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across Johor and surrounding areas
Actively prospect, engage, and close sales opportunities
Deliver professional product presentations and customized solution proposals
Negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Provide prompt after-sales support and handle customer inquiries
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
Collaborate closely with internal teams for smooth project and product delivery
Requirements:
Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in building materials (training provided)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset
Skilled negotiator with consultative selling ability
Willingness to travel within the region as needed
