Job Responsibility:
Engage and qualify walk-ins, online enquiries, and phone leads
build rapport and understand needs
Present new and used vehicles, highlight trim/tech options, and conduct engaging, safe test drives
Provide clear, FCA-compliant finance and insurance presentations
structure offers to match customer budgets
Appraise part-exchanges accurately and work with management to secure competitive deals
Manage your pipeline in our CRM, maintain accurate paperwork, and deliver exceptional handovers
Proactively prospect your database for renewals, referrals, and local business opportunities
Requirements:
Automotive sales experience (12+ months) as a Sales Executive (or similar)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable on the phone, in person, and via digital channels
Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering a premium experience
Flexibility to work weekends (most Saturdays
Sundays always off)
Full UK driver’s licence (Manual and Automatic)
