We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably within the cybersecurity domain. This role will be focused on driving sales growth through strategic customer acquisition, building strong channel partnerships, and expanding market presence in the North Region. The candidate should have a proven track record of working directly with end customers to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Job Responsibility
Lead direct sales efforts to acquire new customers and expand business
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address business and cybersecurity challenges
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our cybersecurity products
Identify and develop channel partnerships to expand the sales reach and market presence
Work closely with channel partners to drive co-selling and lead generation initiatives
Provide channel partners with necessary sales tools, product training, and marketing support to help penetrate new customer segments
Collaborate with the sales team to define go-to-market strategies and sales plans targeting specific verticals and regions
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity space
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales
Strong preference for candidates with cybersecurity sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an end-customer sales environment
Experience in channel sales and partnership management is a plus
Strong understanding of the IT sales process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
