We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through cold outreach, e.g. cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn Inmail, DMs, Messenger, etc.
Run the prospect through end to end sales cycle
Focus on building relationships with HOAs, multifamily developments, and hotels
Build and foster relationships with real estate agents band brokerages
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Negotiate property management agreements
Assist in onboarding new prospects
Work with exiting homeowners to retain home in portfolio
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
Build and maintain professional networks
Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field
3 years (min) of experience in a luxury short-term vacation rental sales is required
Real estate license is required
Self-motivated with results-driven approach
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
