We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients who need top-tier IT talent and solutions. You will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, building a strong pipeline and securing new partnerships in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the IT industry and will enjoy working in Sales.
Job Responsibility:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and target potential clients in need of IT outsourcing and staff augmentation services
Use a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling, to generate new leads
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Sales & Negotiation: Qualify leads to determine their business needs, budget, and decision-making process
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our services
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close new deals and achieve sales targets
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities
Track all sales activities and progress, from initial contact to deal closure
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials
Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements
Provide feedback to the leadership team on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Demonstrate understanding of services offerings, ability to differentiate service offerings & models with corresponding pricing policy
Big fan of numbers & KPIs
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets
