This is a rare opportunity to lead sales in the UK for Luma. As our first fully dedicated sales hire in the UK, you will not just execute a playbook; you will help evolve and develop it. Your mission is to place Luma's frontier technology at the heart of the UK’s creative ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Spearhead a primarily outbound prospecting strategy to identify and engage key decision-makers at target Brand, Agency, and Media accounts across Europe, with a focus on the UK
Own and drive the full-cycle sales process, from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing, to build our foundational revenue pipeline in the region
Develop and execute the sales motion for Luma in the UK
Establish and nurture potential sales opportunities with creative agencies, media companies, and brands, turning them into flagship customers and advocates
Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
A proven "hunter" with a demonstrated history of creating new business from scratch through relentless outbound prospecting
Experience successfully navigating the "0-to-1" and hypergrowth phase of a company, preferably as a founding or early sales hire in a new market or region
A tenacious, high-agency executor with an entrepreneurial mentality and a history of driving tangible results in ambiguous, resource-constrained settings
Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to articulate the value of a complex, novel technology to creative and business leaders
Nice to have:
Experience selling creative technology, generative AI, or high-growth, product-led SaaS
