As a Sales Executive, you will support the development of Ogury’s presence in the Spanish market, working closely with senior sales leaders, advertisers, agencies, and DSPs. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to grow your career in AdTech and programmatic advertising, gaining hands-on experience while learning from an experienced sales team. You will contribute to revenue growth, help build strong client relationships, and progressively develop your expertise as a market and product specialist for Ogury in Spain. The role reports directly to the Madrid Sales Director, who will provide close guidance and mentorship as you grow into the position.
Job Responsibility:
Help prepare sales pitches, proposals, and campaign recommendations
The new business development across agencies, brands, and DSPs in Madrid
Assist in managing and growing existing client relationships
Support programmatic revenue growth alongside senior sales colleagues
Maintain and update sales pipelines and forecasts
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Represent Ogury at selected industry events and networking opportunities
Build strong knowledge of Ogury’s solutions, the Spanish market, and programmatic advertising
Requirements:
First professional experience in sales, account management, media, or digital advertising
Strong interest in digital advertising and programmatic ecosystems
Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, supportive sales environment
Good communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, curious, and coachable mindset
Fluent Spanish and professional-level English
