Job Description:

The Sales Executive at Courtyard Agra is responsible for maximizing revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, processing reservations, and supporting Sales & Marketing. The role involves general office duties, training and motivating employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote awareness of brand image
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
