Job Description:

Our client is a well-established company specializing in scaffolding systems, racking solutions, and industrial steel products. Known for its commitment to quality and safety, the company serves a wide range of industries including construction, warehousing, and manufacturing.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
Lead sales negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions

Requirements:

At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in scaffolding, racking, construction materials, or steel-related industries
Proven ability to manage client relationships and close sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Holds a valid driving license and owns transport
