We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic and innovative team as a quota-bearing seller. We are looking for a confident & driven individual to help manage a portfolio of new clients to Acast. This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in a fast-moving media environment, and displays confidence in presenting and building relationships. Job Responsibility:
Prospecting & Outreach: Cultivate new business opportunities with small- to mid-sized advertisers and agencies looking to use Acast’s self serve ad platform
Consultative Sales: Understand clients’ advertising goals, challenges, and KPIs to position Acast's podcast advertising solutions as the ideal fit
Educate clients on the benefits of podcast advertising and provide guidance on how to leverage the ad platform effectively
Platform Support & Guidance: Onboard new advertisers to the Acast Ad Platform, offering demonstrations, tutorials, and best practices to ensure ease of use and campaign success
Serve as the main point of contact for troubleshooting, answering questions, and resolving issues related to the platform
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results
Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., marketing/growth product, CS) to improve the platform experience and address client feedback
Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay informed about podcast industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging advertising technologies
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in digital media sales, SaaS sales, or a related field, preferably with exposure to ad platforms or programmatic advertising
Familiarity with podcast advertising, digital audio, or media buying
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to simplify complex concepts for clients
Proficiency in Salesforce tools and basic analytics platforms
