We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive (CIS) to join our dynamic team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our organisation's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including activity updates and market analyses
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our organisation
Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in sales techniques
Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
Requirements:
Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Events Management, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
Knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Phu Quoc, Vietnam
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
Service-oriented approach with keen attention to detail
Self-motivated with high energy levels and a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
Flexibility to travel and attend events as required
