We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu Volvo Taunton, representing one of the most respected and innovative brands in the automotive industry. This role comes with a £25,000 basic salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, with realistic earnings well in excess of our £48,000 on‑target level, plus a company car and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll work a 40‑hour week across five 8‑hour shifts. While you’ll be in most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), you’ll enjoy a guaranteed weekday off, and with the dealership closed every Sunday, you can rely on a regular day to relax and recharge. You’ll receive full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme, giving you the tools, confidence and support needed to maximise your performance and earning potential.
Job Responsibility:
Guide customers through a smooth and enjoyable car‑buying journey, building trust, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Deliver a premium, end‑to‑end customer experience from first enquiry to vehicle handover
Requirements:
A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rota
A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
