Job Description:

Sales Executive position at Melbourne Marriott Hotel performing sales and marketing support duties, preparing sales documents, promoting brand image, and serving as point of contact for clients while delivering thoughtful, heartfelt, forward-thinking service.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
