Job Responsibility:
Prospect for new customers with a "hunter" mentality via Internet, phone, referrals, and networking
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery, understanding key decision makers and determining the appropriate approach for each potential customer
Partner with the internal team to create a solution based on customer needs
Participate in face-to-face meetings to present proposals, offer solutions, and close business
Collaborate with the internal account management team through customer implementation
Design and pursue a personal development plan in collaboration with management
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role, preferably within the logistics
A perfect understanding of the English language is a must
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
Enthusiastic, persistent, and confident approach
Strong presentation skills
