Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Bromsgrove. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets that contribute directly to the company’s success.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory and industry sectors
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and communication
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate products and services to meet those needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer support
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the sales industry or related sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable due to the nature of the territory-based role
