We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Bromsgrove. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets that contribute directly to the company’s success.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory and industry sectors
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and communication
Understand customer needs and present appropriate products and services to meet those needs
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer support
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the sales industry or related sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Full UK driving licence is desirable due to the nature of the territory-based role
