Job Responsibility

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects by following up on all quotes
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers by scheduling meetings for external sales managers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
  • Research prospective clients to gather relevant insights and establish meaningful connections
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Engage with contacts through a mix of phone calls, video meetings, and emails
  • Contribute innovative ideas to help the department continuously evolve
  • Participate in daily huddles to review outstanding tasks and align on collective goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A drive to succeed and a passion for achieving results
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Must possess a valid driver's licence due to office location
