Job Responsibility:
Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
Research and analyze sales options
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, sharing it with internal teams
Keep up with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
Collect and analyze information, prepare data, reviews and sales reports (including financial information)
Organize and attend workshops, trade shows, conferences, exhibitions and travel trips/sales calls
Build and maintain professional networks
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes, needs and concerns
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs (Corporate, Mice & Leisure - Iberian Market)
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to company’s rapid and sustainable growth
Sales Calls 3 days out, 2 days in the office to prepare reporting and organize next sales week
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (Professional networks is a plus)
Proficiency in English (Spanish will be a plus)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (hands-on experience with Opera software is a plus)
Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through e-mail, phone or presential meetings
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
Ability to create and deliver public presentations
Fast learner, quick-thinker and organized
