As a SiriusXM Media Sales Executive, you will create demand and sell the value of our platforms to key clients and agency partners. This role is for a passionate individual who specifically enjoys arming marketers and agency clients with data and insights helping support and inform their marketing strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Actively service and pitch investment opportunities to core accounts across Pandora, SiriusXM, SoundCloud, Podcasts and more partnerships
Sell the value of SiriusXM Media’s best in class targeting and content solutions
Proactively prospect to build the sales pipeline and maintain overall client demand for our core product solutions
Create innovative and turn-key sales proposals and materials for meetings and industry presentations
Generate new business
Prospect and develop key agency and client relationships
Work to secure quarterly and annual sales quota goals across assigned account list
Stay on pulse with music, culture and marketplace trends to serve as a subject matter expert
Secure meetings and develop client relationships through client entertaining and delivering on account servicing needs
Track expenses, create and submit expense reports in a timely manner
Manage quarterly projections by account and forecast reporting for core lines of business
Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc
Requirements:
Must have 3+ years digital advertising sales experience
Must have prior relationships with brands/agencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Contacts and relationships with leading agencies and clients
Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace with a focus on radio, mobile and digital platforms
Knowledge of interactive advertising with regard to positioning and technology
Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline, and a proven track record of exceeding goals
Must be creative, smart, and passionate, as well as a problem solver and a team player
Entrepreneurial spirit driven to achieve sales goals
Tools: Salesforce, CRMs, etc
Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
