As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in building lasting relationships with clients and contributing to the overall success of Paul Rigby Ltd.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and engage potential customers within the Automotive & Driving sector, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide informed advice to customers
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and operations to support business goals
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Automotive & Driving industry or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Customer-focused approach with excellent negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
Full UK driving licence is preferred
