Job Responsibility:
Guide customers through a seamless car-buying journey – from first contact to handover
Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every stage
Take ownership of the end-to-end process, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Full UK driver's licence (Manual and Automatic)
