Group Enterprises – India’s leading security services company is seeking a high-impact Security Consultant / Sales Executive to drive B2C sales for our revolutionary, technology-enabled security service model. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our Alarm Monitoring and Response Services. As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible for driving B2C sales of Alarm Monitoring and Response Services. You will identify and engage potential customers, demonstrate the value proposition, and close sales while building strong customer relationships. This role requires a passionate, self-driven individual with strong communication and presentation skills who thrives on achieving targets.
Job Responsibility:
Promote and sell Alarm Monitoring & Response Services to residential and small business customers
Generate leads through field visits, references, events, and digital channels
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop local partnerships and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team
Requirements:
Graduate or (MBA/B Tech preferred) with 2-8 Yrs of experience
Willingness for direct sales / B2C field sales
Experience in consumer durables, fintech, telecom, or home security systems preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong drive for sales, achievement orientation, and ability to work independently
A go-getter attitude with high energy and passion for customer engagement
Comfortable with field sales and customer interactions
