As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by managing an existing client base and developing new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new markets, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Job Responsibility:
Identifying and developing new market areas and generating new business opportunities
Conducting outbound calls and following up on new leads
Providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients
Preparing and sending quotations and processing orders
Managing proformas, invoices, and general customer enquiries
Liaising with the dispatch and production teams to ensure customer commitments are met
Maintaining and developing positive relationships with clients
Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Sending out marketing materials and replacement parts when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong record of success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
Strong organisational and time management skills
A passion for delivering great service and achieving results
