As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Paul Rigby Ltd, responsible for building strong relationships with customers and driving sales of our automotive products and services. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help you identify customer needs, provide expert advice, and close sales effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their automotive needs and offer suitable solutions
Promote and sell a range of automotive products and services in line with company targets
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, including follow-ups and after-sales support
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasting, and market feedback to management
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, ideally within the automotive or driving sectors
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Basic IT skills including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence preferred
A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
