As a Sales Executive at Phia, you’ll support the growth of Phia’s commercial partnerships by working closely with brands to launch, manage, and optimize their presence on the platform. You’ll operate at the intersection of sales execution and client success, partnering with senior sales leaders, product, and operations teams to help brands connect with high-intent shoppers at the moment of discovery. This is a hands-on, early-career role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns quickly through execution, and wants to build a strong foundation in sales and partnerships at a scaling consumer technology platform.
Job Responsibility:
Support the end-to-end advertising sales process, from outbound outreach to campaign launch
Assist senior sales executives with pitching, deal execution, and account management
Help onboard new advertisers and ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and on time
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
Track campaign performance and help prepare insights and recommendations for advertisers
Build foundational skills in digital advertising, client communication, and revenue operations
Maintain organized records of deals, accounts, and pipeline activity
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in sales, advertising, media, or a related field (internships welcome)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in advertising, consumer products, or commerce platforms
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
High attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
