This position sits within the International Sales Group (ISG) of RX Korea, responsible for driving Korean client participation in global exhibitions hosted by RX worldwide. The role requires strong sales acumen, cross-cultural communication skills, and deep understanding of the Korean B2B market, especially in the fashion industry. International Sales Manager Sells a portfolio of the organization's and/or third-party event/exhibit space. They typically sell booth/floor space, sponsorships, directory advertisements and other ancillary media. The incumbent has a solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts. They would manage a medium domestic territory.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies to recruit Korean exhibitors for RX global events, primarily in the fashion industry
Act as the key point of contact between Korean clients and international RX teams, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction
Provide consultative sales support, guiding clients through booth selection, marketing options, and event logistics
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-border teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables
Requirements:
Fluent Japanese or English Language Proficiency (business level or higher)
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2B sales, international exhibitions, or fashion-related industries
Proven track record in client relationship management and solution-based sales
Ability to work independently in a global, matrixed environment
Familiarity with international trade shows and Korean export businesses is highly preferred
