LeverX is growing and looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Swiss market. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with deep experience in IT services, strong enterprise relationships, and a passion for consultative, value-based selling.
Job Responsibility:
Own and drive the full sales cycle — from opportunity origination through deal closure
Build, manage, and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline
Lead customers through a consultative, solution-oriented sales process aligned to their business needs
Prospect for new customers using direct methods, business networking, and lead generation tools
Develop and execute account strategies for mid-size and enterprise customers
Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to support sales efforts
Work closely with global and regional sales teams to develop compelling sales strategies, optimize processes, and manage risk
Execute the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy
Participate in global and local industry events
Work with international teams and contribute to global account initiatives
Requirements:
5–10 years of sales experience selling IT solutions and services to enterprise customers across various industries
Proven record of success in prospecting, relationship building, and closing key logo accounts
Experience managing C-level and senior-level relationships in the Swiss mid-size and enterprise market
Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed sales environment
Self-starter with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
