This newly created role will be a heavily customer-facing role, where you will be the first point of contact for clients booking property surveys, providing clear guidance and excellent service throughout the process. Therefore, the successful candidate should be confident to sell professionally. Our client is looking for a personable and proactive Sales Executive who is excited to grow with the business and build a long-term career in a supportive and evolving working environment.
Job Responsibility:
Clearly explaining the differences between each survey type
Advising customers on the most suitable option for their needs
Setting clear expectations about what will happen on the day of the survey
Taking payments
Managing the survey diary efficiently
Ensuring all bookings and records are accurate and up to date
Handling customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
Supporting the Office Manager and wider sales team
Providing cover during periods of annual leave
Requirements:
