We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving digital sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing strategic deals with clients, agencies, and potential partners within the football ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities in the digital sports market, with a strong focus on football
Sell media packages and customized commercial solutions to advertising agencies and direct clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, advertising agencies, and strategic partners
Present our digital media products and solutions convincingly to prospects
Prepare tailored sales proposals and develop effective negotiation strategies
Lead and support special advertising projects and branded content initiatives
Collaborate closely with internal teams (AdOps, Editorial, Design, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and successful execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
Achieve and exceed established sales targets at the local level
Represent the brand through PR-related activities as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales within the football, sports, or digital media industry
Strong knowledge of the football market and digital trends
Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field is a plus
Fluency in Portuguese/English (additional languages are a plus)
