As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth and strengthening client relationships. Your ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions will be key to your success. You will work closely with both the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maximise revenue opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across the Warwickshire area
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
Present and promote our products and services effectively to potential customers
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the Warwickshire region or similar UK markets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally as necessary
