This is a brand‑new office-based Sales Executive role. The position focuses on managing warm leads, handling inbound requests, and conducting one‑to‑one calls with prospects and existing customers. The role will work closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team, with opportunities to attend events.
Job Responsibility:
Meet financial targets for new business and retention
Engage proactively with customers via phone, email, and events
Be the go-to person for product information and support applications
Identify opportunities for customer referrals to our Field Officers
Collaborate with our Marketing Team to enhance customer engagement
Suggest innovative marketing activities to drive growth
Represent our organisation at events when needed
Contribute to enhancing service delivery and customer journey
Follow agreed processes accurately while suggesting improvements
Requirements:
Sales-focused with a knack for understanding customer needs
Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at using IT systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and effective time management
