Job Description:

Sales Executive position at Courtyard by Marriott Melbourne West, focused on identifying and securing new group & catering opportunities, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting site inspections, and building customer relationships in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and secure new group & catering opportunities
Work with other operational disciplines to secure conferences, meetings and events
Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements
Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion
Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty
Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
Act as a Courtyard by Marriott Hotel ambassador and promote awareness on the hotel

Requirements:

Relevant experience in a similar role
Working rights in Australia
