Job Responsibility:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to post-sale support
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle range, promotions, and financing options
Assist with showroom presentations and vehicle demonstrations
Collaborate with the marketing and service departments to maximise customer satisfaction
Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive or related sales roles, ideally within a dealership environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in using CRM software and basic IT applications
Full UK driving licence
A passion for vehicles and the automotive industry
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
