We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support revenue growth at Pullman Cairns International. Job Responsibility:
Drive sales growth across corporate and leisure market segments
Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to maximise revenue opportunities
Convert enquiries into confirmed business through timely follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Requirements:
Experience in hotel sales or a similar client-facing sales role
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and performance goals
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional approach
Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
