Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers across your market
Own the entire sales journey from first contact and discovery to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and upselling
Confidently demonstrate the value and impact of Mercell’s AI-powered SaaS platform to organisations of all sizes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot, using insights to optimise pipeline and sales performance
Stay ahead of developments in the local and European public procurement landscape to uncover new growth opportunities
Requirements:
Strong experience (ideally 3-5 years) in digital sales, ideally within SaaS, software, cloud, or license-based solutions
Strong application of Value or Solution selling methodologies
Used to MEDDIC, MEDPIC, or BANT qualification frameworks
Deep understanding of pipeline management
High CRM data discipline
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to listen, adapt, and influence
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Native-level fluency in at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German or Dutch
Nice to have:
Experience in high-velocity or consultative sales environments
Knowledge of public procurement or regulated markets is an advantage
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Comfortable working both independently and as part of an international, collaborative team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting
