You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Mumbai territory by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify and acquire new B2B customers across sectors like Manufacturing, Construction, Data Centers, and Corporate Real Estate
Conduct site audits and technical demonstrations to identify "security gaps" and recommend solutions (e.g., security window films, fire protection systems, or high-end PPE)
Use CRM tools (like Salesforce/SFDC) to track leads, manage the sales funnel, and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts
Build long-term relationships with Key Accounts, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and contractors
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Science background is often a plus for technical product sales)
1–3 years in B2B field sales, specifically within security systems, fire safety, or industrial consumables
Deep understanding of the Mumbai industrial and commercial landscape
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver technical presentations to "C-suite" or senior management
Willingness to travel extensively within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR)
