Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships with senior client stakeholders. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, solution presentation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure. Provide secondary sales support across additional accounts and regional opportunities. Understand client business needs, industry trends, and challenges in oil & gas digital transformation to position the company’s AI-driven solutions effectively. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, delivery) to ensure tailored solutions meet client requirements. Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client workshops. Ensure customer satisfaction, managing escalations, and supporting long-term retention.

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within technology, AI, or software solutions
Proven track record in oil and gas sector sales (preferred)
Strong knowledge of AI, digital transformation, and enterprise software
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
