We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Fleet. This is a part-time position offering flexible working patterns, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, hitting targets, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer enquiries, and providing an excellent customer experience both in person and over the phone.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate sales
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Accurately maintain customer records and sales activity
Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Represent the business professionally at all times
Occasionally work Saturdays, with a weekday off in return
Requirements:
Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
Confident communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Comfortable working towards targets and earning commission
