Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Fleet. This is a part-time position offering flexible working patterns, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, hitting targets, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer enquiries, and providing an excellent customer experience both in person and over the phone.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate sales
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets
  • Accurately maintain customer records and sales activity
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Represent the business professionally at all times
  • Occasionally work Saturdays, with a weekday off in return

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Comfortable working towards targets and earning commission

  • Understand customer needs from a Core and Solutions perspective and work collaboratively with solutions teams to help our customers define their own journeys and generate insights to illuminate innovative ideas
