Our Head Office department is in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops. The Concierge Executive – Wine Clients is a multidimensional role, combining account management with proactive wine and spirit sales. Offering an exceptional tailor-made service to a range of high net worth and high-profile corporate and private clients. We are looking for a confident individual to join our dynamic team to enable us to reach key sales targets, build new business and provide joy to our customers. Whilst previous wine and spirit experience is not necessary for the role, this is an exciting opportunity that will also allow you to taste, learn, and develop in the wine and spirit category.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing key wine and spirit accounts delivering sales targets and developing relationships with clients to increase spend
  • Maintain relations with clients by reaching out with new product information i.e. store-wide promotions, new wine and spirit releases to the range
  • Meet with clients to build and maintain relationships and to liaise regarding large orders/ initial proposals
  • Respond to new client queries, introduce the Wine and Spirit Concierge service and create proposals for client gifts according to their requirements
  • Make proactive sales to new customers through networking events, exhibitions, emails and calls with targeted goals for new business to drive wine and spirit sales
  • Place regular and intricate orders for new and existing clients and managing their orders from start to end from initial enquiry, through processing to end delivery
  • Offer the highest level of service to customers
  • Representing the team and brand at networking events and on LinkedIn
  • Lead a team at Christmas to achieve department sales target - responsibilities include overseeing daily tasks, monitoring performance and resolving escalations, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are met by all team members
  • Liaise with buyers, merchandisers and logistics teams to accommodate orders from having stock of the product, to delivering with the client
  • To attend wine and spirit training/tastings hosted in-store

Requirements:

  • High level of computer literacy using Microsoft office and sales based platforms
  • Understanding the premium retail market place
  • Previous sales experience
  • Previous experience of managing customers/ clients

  • Previous experience on D365 sales system
  • Previous experience on Zendesk communication platform
  • WSET skill level 1 – 2 and similar wine/spirit qualifications
  • Familiarity of a wine and spirits range that has both own-label and proprietary options/releases
