We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Sales Executive to help expand our network of merchant and vendor partnerships across KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing partnerships with merchants willing to offer exclusive discounts and perks to employees of our corporate clients. This is a highly relationship-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, being out in the market, and building long-term business partnerships.
Job Responsibility
Identify and approach potential merchant partners across different industries including F&B, hospitality, wellness, retail, lifestyle services and other industries
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with business owners and decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Negotiate exclusive offers, discounts, and partnership agreements.
Manage the full partnership cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and launch of partner offers.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and partnership updates.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnership opportunities.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
Experience working with merchant acquisition, vendor partnerships, or client-facing sales roles within industries such as food delivery apps, online marketplaces, loyalty/rewards platforms, lifestyle platforms, employee benefits/perks programs, or similar businesses.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with field sales and meeting vendors in person regularly.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
