We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage and drive sales of both Public and In-House training programs for corporate (B2B) clients, covering the full sales cycle from cold calling and client meetings to follow-ups and closing deals, in order to achieve assigned sales targets.
Job Responsibility:
Sell and present both Public Training and In-House Training programs
Conduct outbound calls to present training programs and services to corporate clients
Arrange client meetings (online/on-site) to analyze needs and propose suitable solutions
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities until successful closure
Maintain existing clients and continuously expand the customer base
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery
Report on sales performance in line with assigned KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
At least 2 years of experience in training program sales or in sales and service roles
Experience in B2B sales is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Confident in cold calling, setting appointments, and following up on sales
Sales-driven, highly motivated, and able to perform well below targets
