Nine has an exciting opportunity for a Sports Sales Executive to join our Sydney office! The Sydney Sport Sales team are responsible for commercialising an ever-expanding rights portfolio which includes NRL, State of Origin, NRLW, Tennis, International Cricket, Rugby Union, Golf, Swimming and now, the Olympic and Paralympic Games. As a Sport Sales Executive you are responsible for delivering market leading solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for your designated agency and client group.
Job Responsibility:
Effectively manage a pipeline of briefs and proactive ideas to competently meet and exceed revenue targets, whilst accurately forecasting revenue to the business
Accumulate an ongoing understanding of all Nine products and USPs across Total TV, Audio and Publishing
Effectively communicate product value in order to educate clients and deliver on product sales
Build and nurture relationships with key senior stakeholders within agencies
Actively share relevant information and learnings with wider sales teams and internal stakeholders to enhance our planning
Create market leading responses and solutions for clients and deliver solutions to your clients
Proactively identify opportunities for team revenue growth
Requirements:
Proven experience within a similar Sales role with Sports or Media focus
Knowledge of Australia’s sporting landscape
A passion for sport
Experience within a dynamic/fast paced commercial environment is advantageous
