Job Responsibility
Identify and secure lucrative new B2B business opportunities across government, commercial, and luxury residential sectors
Present and demonstrate comprehensive IoT ecosystems, seamlessly linking automated sensor hardware with data tracking software
Cultivate and expand a powerful network of MEP consultants, main contractors, architects, and interior designers
Accelerate sales pipelines for both greenfield new developments and high-value asset refurbishment (A&A) projects
Formulate professional project proposals, accurate commercial quotations, and strategic regional market forecasts
Champion the brand at major trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and networking events to scale market visibility
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of progressive success in B2B corporate project sales
Proven track record within building materials, mechanical services, automation, or the construction sector
Strongly articulate and confident when presenting interconnected technical hardware and digital software solutions
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Strategic Marketing, Engineering, or an equivalent field
